Actually its a snack made out of fish.
Amplang is a traditional fish snack served in Indonesia
very popular in SABAH especially in the east sabah..
like in TAWAU, SANDAKAN
the suppliers are from there..
Amplang crackers are made of spanish mackerel, mixed with starch and other materials, and then fried.
